Are you a proactive and experienced Account Manager with a background in resourcing within the Industrial, Commercial, Construction, and Engineering sectors? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team in Mansfield, playing a crucial role in managing client relationships, delivering top-quality resourcing solutions, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships with clients in the Industrial, Commercial, Construction, and Engineering sectors. Understand client needs, anticipate requirements, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Resourcing and Talent Acquisition: Work closely with clients to understand their resourcing needs. Source, attract, and recruit high-calibre candidates across various roles within the specified sectors.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client briefings to successful candidate placements. Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market challenges, and talent availability within the specified sectors. Provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base and contribute to revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the recruitment industry, specifically within Industrial, Commercial, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the specified sectors.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oncall requirement out of hours 1 in 4 weeks ratio
