Branch Manager (New Division setup)

Nebula Recruitment is looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to set up an Industrial division for an already-established recruitment business in Nottingham.
We are looking for someone to lead from the front. Not only in terms of coaching and developing your team but also through a commitment to provide excellent service to their clients and candidates and to also drive sales to current customers and new ones.
This role is a real chance to make an impact on the company and have open resources to move the sector forward, and also recruit a team to help support your growth.
Main responsibilities
• Local market knowledge. Identify opportunities and lead sales focus to develop existing and grow new customer relationships.
• Managing team members effectively through motivation and development training
• Know your numbers. Ensuring delivery of targets in line with a planned budget.
• Know your candidates. Ensure we are attracting the right standard of candidates to meet our customer’s expectations
• Thinking outside the box with networking, social media, Job boards, referrals.
• Compliance is key . Responsible for ensuring all legal and operational processes are completed and followed at all times remaining compliant to industry and legal obligations.
