My client is an award-winning established Recruitment Agency that specialises in Construction, FMCG, Engineering, Meat Processing and Food Manufacturing. They are expanding their existing Construction Division into a new location and are opening a brand new branch in Birmingham. Over the past few years my Client has seen some record-breaking growth and is now looking for ‘top talent’ in the form of motivated high-achieving experienced Construction Recruitment Consultants (Temps) to develop careers within their business and build on their existing successes by expanding into this new location. To apply for the role you must be a highly motivated and professional Recruitment Specialist with a clearly mapped career path; have relevant recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Construction Division, securing new business whilst also being responsible for sourcing candidates to fill all available roles.
The ideal candidate must have Construction Recruitment experience to apply. They will also have:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to identify business sales opportunities
- A motivated, ethical and professional attitude with lots of get-up-and-go!
- Business to business sales ability
- The ability to work in a busy, fast paced market in a role that is demanding and diverse
