An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Recruitment Consultant (Perms) role within the well-established specialist team dealing with Transactional Finance at the Sheffield Branch. My clients pride themselves on offering excellent training and mentoring for their employees to enable them to achieve successful career progression. My client also offers hybrid working after the probationary period is successfully completed, to allow employees to work from home one day a week although this may be increased over time.
The ideal candidate would have experience in Recruitment within the Finance Sector, however, if you have Recruitment experience within another sector, or have experience working with the Financial Sector itself and can demonstrate transferable skills this would also be acceptable. My client is ultimately looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, motivated, and excited by the challenge of the role.
Additionally they will have :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and develop relationships with clients at all levels, face to face and on the telephone
