As an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into their businesses. You will be a self-starter, able to hit the ground running, and have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying recruitment needs and presenting solutions to meet those needs
• Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates, utilizing various channels and resources
• Conducting interviews, assessments and reference checks on candidates to ensure their suitability for the role
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer management and negotiation
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in industrial recruitment
• A deep understanding of the recruitment industry and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
